I know what some of you are probably thinking. “Is she ever going away?” Probably not, no. However this time, it’s for an amazing cause. MAC Cosmetics donates 100% of the proceeds (yes, every penny!) to the MAC Aids Fund. This money goes to people living with HIV/AIDS and their families directly.
MAC’s Viva Glam campaign is not new. For those not familiar, this specific Viva lipstick is number 7. Each year or so, MAC chooses a current celebrity to be their spokes model and promote the Viva Glam campaign with a new lipstick or lip gloss shade. Past models include the fierce and fearless faces of Fergie, Pam Anderson, Elton John, Mary J Blige, RuPaul (yes…) just to name a few. Who better than Lady Gaga this year?
The Lady’s lipstick shade is a very bubblegum, blue-ish pink color and has a high lustre finish. It’s beautiful! I have been into bright, pop-y lips lately, and this is no exception. Look delicious and support charity at the same time, a great win-win!
