Pure Color Ecstasy

My two new obsessions from Estee Lauder:

Raspberry Pop Sparkle

I adore this lip gloss! I've been using it almost every day and it's beautiful. The shade looks very intense in the tube - almost like a deep berry - which I normally wouldn't go for. But once I swatched it on my hand (always the key) I loved it!

The formula is so silky and NOT sticky or tacky whatsoever. It wears very well, considering the hot summer weather, and it smells delicious. The Pure Color lip gloss line is new to Estee Lauder, and comes in 31 shades (!) and in a variety of finishes. Definitely worth a try, I can't get enough!

Sizzling Copper Metallic

The Pure Color eyeshadow is great as well! I lean towards goldish shades (I have hazel eyes - I feel like the gold brings out the green) and this one is really pretty. I like wearing it alone with a bit of mascara for work - it looks fresh and clean. It also works for the inner corners of the eyes if you're doing a smokey eye. After priming my lids, the eyeshadow stayed put fairly well.

Overall, adore the Pure Color line from Lauder and think it's worth a look next time you're shopping!! Anyone else try some shades?

Aztec Tattoos

Aztec tattoos truly represent the culture and society of the Aztec people who held dominance of modern day Mexico in between the thirteenth and fifteenth centuries. It was common for the Aztec people to don the very same tattoo designs we often see today, most commonly the calendar wheel which has been a source of fascination for centuries among all cultures.

Enjoy this great picture gallery of amazingly intricate Aztec tattoos.

Sarah Harding Tattoos

Sarah Harding is a charming English singer-songwriter and actress, perhaps best known as a member of the pop group, Girls Aloud.

Sarah Harding has been seen donning a few tattoos recently, including a rather large Tibetan script inked on the inner portion of her left forearm.

She has also been spotted with a new tattoo design located behind her right ear, which is a star design.

And just last year she a small tattoo on her back removed by way of laser.

Neck Tattoos - Are They Sexy?

The art of Neck Tattoos, is it really considered to look sexy? The neck, or the nape of the neck is known to be a sensual part of the body, therefore tattoos placed in this location will certainly look sexy. Neck tattoos were originally reserved for men but now there are more and more women indulging in this form of body art, and they look sensational. MY opinion is that the quality of the artwork, type of design and the location would determine whether it looks sexy or not.

Men often have tattoos done on the side or front of the neck, where as women tend to place them on the nape or back of the neck. Bold masculine designs such as a scull, tribal art, a cross, animals and snakes are forms of tattoos that men tend to prefer, but even a flower such as a rose on the side of the neck have the effects of being masculine when done by a good tattooist.

Depending on the individual, women tend to have beautiful delicate designs tattooed to the back or nape of the neck. The choice of tattoo design preferred for the neck area of a woman are small delicate images. Designs such as zodiac symbols, stars, flowers, butterflies, music related notes, a cross and other miniature symbols look cool and sexy when inked to the nape.

In general, back of neck tattoos are popular as it is an area that can easily be concealed when desired. Due to the fact that certain employees do not allow tattoos to be noticeable at the workplace, one can cover the neck tattoo by wearing collard shirts, turtle neck tops or hiding it under the hair. Back of neck tattoos are usually a starting point or a beginning of a cool back tattoo design.

Select the best design that is suitable to your theme or personality. For obvious reasons, it is not advisable to have the names of loved ones permanently etched to any part of your body. Consider a design or symbol that represents the idea or feeling you want to evoke, all that limits you is your imagination. Finding sexy neck tattoos is exciting and less stressful with the large database of designs on line that you can browse through at your convenience. Make the right choice, find the database with the best designs suitable for you and get inked!

Tattoo Care Scabbing

Tattoo Care ScabbingThe healing process after one gets a tattoo will be different for different people. Hence, it is not possible to tell exactly how it will heal. The process will depend upon several factors including your skin type, the area where the tattoo is made, and also the way in which the tattoo artist made the tattoo. Apart from this, the way you take care of the tattoo also plays a very important role in the healing.

At first, your new tattoo will appear to be red and swollen. However, there is no need to worry about this as it will not stay for a long time. When the tattoo is made on the skin, a protective layer is formed over it. For some people, this protective layer of the skin may peel away, while for some thin scabs form around the tattoo. Both these are perfectly normal and just a part of the healing process. If you have scabbed tattoos, it is likely that you may have to experience uncontrollable sensation of itching in that area. However, you have to control this feeling and restrict yourself from scratching that tattoo as it can make the scab to thicken.
